Jory is the child of [[life/akio-nakayama|Akio Nakayama]] and [[life/samantha-grace-albert-nakayama|Samantha Grace Albert-Nakayama]].

Jory came in year 339, bigger and quieter than his sister. His first word was the name of a tool. He has his father's density and his mother's anxiety, and the record calls him the gentlest person who has ever lived in the House of Confidence, which [[life/akio-nakayama|Akio]] did not expect and has never been able to look at directly[1].

## Life

Jory carries what the records call Akio's mass density. No wings. The record notes sam's anxiety without Sam's aim. A big, soft boy who loves animals. Akio always had strays around. Jory has a natural talent for them. His heavy presence calms frightened animals. The record notes people expect a tank. He hates fighting. He cries if he steps on a bug. Akio fiercely protects him from military recruiters who want the big kid.

He has his father's mass and none of the wings, and he has never wanted the use people assume it is for. He is a big soft man who loves animals and is unusually good with them: his weight, in a room with a frightened creature, settles it rather than alarming it. Akio always had strays around, and Jory has the talent for them.
