The Lost Boys
The Lost Boys were a raiding force run by Byron, formed out of the shadow camps in year 325. They ran on his charm and his instinct rather than on any structure.
They fought the House of Confidence twice. The first time predates the books: Marcus was younger, they fought, and the group disbanded a few days afterwards[1].
The raid on the Klak Grove
Fifty armed men came into the grove behind Byron. It ended with Chryssander shot below the left rib and back on his feet, and forty-seven of them leaving in ones and twos without looking back[2].
Byron stopped at the edge of the grove, turned round, looked at the eight people standing in the grass, and said he would come back when they were weak and take everything from them[2].
Afterwards
Eon came in with them and did not leave with them. Chryssander told him that his allies were his friends and that he should find whoever sent him and ask their forgiveness anyway, and Eon asked to stay[2].
The camps continued. It was at the SKW camp that a child-entity offered Byron part of what the Consensus had taken from him.
