His standing at this time was resistance intelligence asset / atoner. Physically, after the Siefr Incident (Reactor Meltdown), Fredrick is humbled. He loses the arrogance but keeps the skills. He works from the shadows to hunt the "Unfaithful." What defines him in this period is Tadaki fredrick (junior). He is securing a legacy that isn't tainted by his failures.

He is an augmented cyber-neural variant. He is not built on the scale of [[life/marcus-norgaard|Marcus Norgaard]] or [[life/rad-albert|Rad Albert]]; his strength is dense and compact, reinforced with military-grade mesh. He keeps a black operations cap on in the field and uses the brim to keep his eyes off the record during questioning.

He can dismantle a superhuman opponent (like Rad) using leverage and augmented strength. orchestrates city-wide raids with zero leaks.
Every conversation he has is an interrogation and every room he enters is a kill box, and he is not pretending about either. He thinks in a chain of command: A leads to B leads to C. The House of Confidence is a problem to him for exactly that reason, because they will not follow the rules that make the chain work.

## The shelter
Physical strength fades or cybernetics degrade. He shifts to Information Warfare, using his clearance to leak BNCY secrets to the House of Confidence.
He appears in the shelter library, moving through it the way a man moves through a place he owns, without aggression, with the ease of authority that has not been questioned. He wore the BNCY insignia on the collar. ## Character
He called [[life/rad-albert|Rad Albert]] a liar without heat, without anything at all, then picked him up by the collar and threw him into the shelves. Not dramatically. Efficiently, the way you move furniture out of a doorway. Rad got up[1].
His perception runs high and vigilant. The record notes operational paranoia. Every conversation is an interrogation; every room is a kill box. He filters threat-oriented. He spots a uniform violation or a stutter in a prisoner's voice instantly. Critical flaw: his filter is biased to trust the system. If a traitor files the paperwork correctly, Fredrick categorizes them as safe. He is blind to bureaucratic rot. He thinks in linear chain of command. The record notes a + B = C. He struggles with chaotic variables like the House of Confidence because they refuse to follow rules.
## Later
Early in life he held to a lie about hisself: "Order is the highest virtue. If we follow the protocol, we win." Later he came to hold the opposite: "Protocol is just paper. Loyalty is blood. I trusted the paper, and the world burned." The record notes barking, clipped, devoid of emotion. "Compliance is mandatory.". The record notes quiet, cynical, tired. The record notes "Watch your back, kid. The knife usually comes with a smile.".
He was later put over the academy as its overseer and recruiter.

The abort order at the plateau did not come from him. Somebody above his authority called off a contracted company mid-operation, with reach he did not have[2].
