Kael Norgaard

Kael Norgaard is a figure of the C9 universe and one of the eight children of the Norgaard house. He is the son of Marcus Norgaard and Eevi Charlotte Helvig-Norgaard, and one of their eight children. He is a courier and a scout, and the fastest thing the House has that is not a weapon.

Ability

Kael has his mother's speed without the phasing that goes with it: forty miles an hour, sustained for hours. The engine that does it eats, and he is more or less always eating.

Character
