Vera Norgaard is a figure of the C9 universe and one of the eight children of the Norgaard house. She is the daughter of Marcus Norgaard and Eevi Charlotte Helvig-Norgaard, and one of their eight children. She is an engineer, and works with Rad Albert.
She does not fight. She builds, and she is very good at it, because the mathematics arrives through her hands rather than on paper.
Together with Matthew Albert she is the infrastructure of her generation.

Vera reads structure by touch, a variation of her father's audit. She puts a hand on a wall and knows whether it is carrying load.
